Juicing time!

This week the juicer has come out to make good use of the bountiful apple harvest. Much of the windfall goes to the pigs, but windfall that is in reasonable condition makes great juice too. The juicer is also the best place for any ‘ugly’ fruit. It is quite a process: lots of chopping, grinding up and pressing. The reward at the end is the freshest possible juice!
