This week the junior children have been doing the tests that they would have usually done towards the end of the summer term. Results are still being collated, but early indications are that there has been a drop in the reading comprehension scores that we might usually expect, but maths scores are more comparable. Attendance has been improving this week: over 90% again now following a big drop in week 2. Self-isolation and delays in testing results are still causing issues – the longest wait having been over a week!
