Harvest Festival

This morning we had a packed Harvest Festival – Farfield style! We had apple juicing, honey harvest tasting and a ‘biggest pumpkin’ competition with ‘strong man’ William in Y2. We also had a new favourite song: Harvest time in the style of George Ezra!

The harvest display was fantastic, almost all produce from our own Farfield Farm. Many thanks to Mrs Littlewood and Mrs Kingsley for their work on that. Sadly, we were so busy and engrossed that we forgot to take any photos or video during assembly. D’oh.

The collection of packets and tins will be going to St George’s Crypt. Thank you for the kind donations.
