Farsley Farfield Primary School

6J residential Day 3

Just a quick blog to finish the week…

The children had their final activity this morning.

Miss Jones’ group went caving. I believe that almost all of them did the ‘Cat’s Crawl’ which is very challenging. Most ended up in Eglin’s Cave.

Mr Harris’ group and Mrs Du Preez’s group did the via ferrata course. They did really well as they had to be brave and concentrate for a long period. Almost everyone made it through to the final high wires and zip line – paying adults don’t do any more than that!

The minibus back was very quiet – I think they are shattered! They were a good group to take on residential and they did very well. They should sleep well tonight.
