Tag Rugby 17th April 2018
This afternoon, I had the pleasure of taking ten Y6 pupils to a Tag Rugby Tournament at Stanningley Sports & Amateur Rugby League Club. The tournament was used as the qualification route to the City Finals and, as such, there was fierce competition. Farfield were placed in a group with Holy Family, Lowtown and Coop Academy Beckfield. We all played each other once and the team with the most points at the end of these games went through to the semi-final. Unfortunately we finished second in the group and did not progress to the next round but the children all played brilliantly and represented the school with pride.
