Nursery – 06.06.25
Phonics
This week we have continued to look at the letter ‘a’. We have practised forming the grapheme with our fingers and then on paper. We also used letter grids to spot the grapheme.

Maths
We have started to look at the number 7. We read Pupper Number 7 and discussed the colour orange and oval shapes.
Frogs
Our tadpoles have grown into froglets and frogs. We looked at the life cycle of a frog before having a closer look at one of our little frogs. The children then helped release them back into our pond.

Everything else
It has been a busy week. Some of our friends are celebrating Eid, so we learnt about the celebration and discussed being with our families. The children have spent a lot of time outside and used our painting resources to practise letter formation. We have also been busy building with different materials.

Have a lovely weekend.
