It has been an unusual week at Farfield. On our training day we benefited from input on science from the nationally renowned consultant Nicola Beverley. I must be getting old – it is time to implement yet another new national curriculum and do all our planning again! It was a positive day and staff are eager to deliver a first class science curriculum to our children. On Thursday, the children looked spectacular as they dressed up for World Book Day – many thanks to all those families that were able to support this. Reception then hosted an evening of story-telling in pyjamas – I bet the children (and staff) slept well that night!
