Let Your Spirit Fly!
In our final week of the half term, both Year 3 classes performed the song we have been working on in our music lessons: Let Your Spirit Fly. The children have made great progress throughout the term, developing their understanding of rhythm and their technique when using the glockenspiels. A particular well done to the children who learnt parts on the recorder or keyboard. We hope you enjoy our performances!
Year 3 also had their visits to the United Hebrew Congregation Synagogue this week. Both classes were praised by the staff at the synagogue for their impeccable behaviour and their knowledge about Judaism. The children listened respectfully and learnt more about Shabbat and the Torah.

Our special mentions today were Zack, Jude, Ollie, Oliver and Sumayyah. Well done also to Hajira and Grace for winning our competition to learn how to say hello in the most languages!
Finally, a big well done to all the children in Year 3 for a wonderful first half term in the juniors! We hope you have a restful half term and we look forward to seeing you back after the break.
