Head teacher blog 4th April

This week we are delighted to launch our new school website: www.farsleyfarfield.org.uk  and the feedback so far has been very positive. We have  launched a number of new class and year-group blogs that can be accessed from this website.  This week we have also welcomed Chris Young from British Cycling for his first of 6 days with Y5 that will end with mountain biking at Gisburn Forest on residential. Years 5 and 6 have been doing drama work around the debate about wind energy and Year 2 have been made very welcome on an informative trip to a Sikh Gurdwara. We have also welcomed parents from 1GJ into school to enjoy a showcase of their work about ‘Chickens’.

Our children and staff have worked very hard this term and they are all looking forward to their Easter break.
