This is a free app for teenagers who may be experiencing the desire to harm themselves. The app leads the person through exercises to: Comfort, Distract, Express Yourself, Release, Random and Breathe, that may help to distract them from the desire to self harm. This app is recommended by Mindmate Leeds.
