Head teacher blog w/e 4th July

It has been a busy sporting week at Farfield with 30 children representing the school in a mini-Olympics event at the John Charles Centre on Monday, 10 children competing in a scooter/cycle championships at Temple Newsam on Tuesday and a team of girl cricketers in a tournament on Thursday. We have welcomed two new teachers to the school for a ‘meet the teacher’ day on Thursday: Miss Sedman from Churwell Primary and Mr Tiffany from Whitecote Primary. Today, class RC are going to enjoy a drama session with our friends from ‘Alive and Kicking’, travelling across and under the sea.
