2LO Skelton Grange

We had a lovely time at Skelton Grange. In the morning, we looked at different habitats to see which animals we could find. In the meadow, we found greenfly, ladybirds and shield bugs. In the pond, we found a very rare water scorpion, dragonfly nymphs and pond skaters. In the woodland, we spotted slugs, woodlouse and centipedes. After lunch, we had lots of activities to do in the woodland. We enjoyed den building, playing in the mud kitchen and making bracelets. We all had a fantastic time!
