Money raised for Unicef
On World Maths Day, the children and staff came dressed as penguins and completed maths lessons around the mathematical book: 365 Penguins. Through sponsorship of their Mathletics work and other fund-raising, the school raised a superb £1700 towards helping refugees (donated to UNICEF) and this has been match-funded by the government. What a week at Farfield – Headteacher’s blog

Maths and Raising Money for Syrian Refugees
The school community – parents, staff and children – have all shown concern for the plight of Syrian refugees. Sports Award for Farfield
We are pleased to announce that Farfield has had its silver Sainsbury’s School Games Mark revalidated. In our assessment, our PE and sport offer was described as ‘excellent’.
