Year 6 15.5.26

Well Done Year 6!

Congratulations to our Year 6 children who have done their absolute best this week in their exams. We are so proud of each and every one of you.

Results will be available in July and will be shared in the end of year reports.

Can we remind all children and parents that any content of the tests can not be discussed publicly until the end of May when papers are published officially. We do have children who have to take the tests next week due to illness and so we have asked all Year 6 children to ensure they do not discuss any details on social media and on messages and Whatsapp. Thank you in advance for your support in ensuring this is the case.

Next week we will audition the children for parts in our end of year performance: Cinderella Rockafella. If children want a main part including singing, they should have prepared a simple verse of a song they’re familiar with – it doesn’t need to be from the show. They will need to perform this in front of the Year 6 cohort so that we can assess confidence, pitch and volume. Every child will be encouraged to participate in the auditions and we will give everyone a part – no matter how big or small it may be.

Have a lovely weekend – you deserve it.

NO HOMEWORK!

Enjoy the Eurovision Song Contest ????

The Year 6 Team.
