This week Year 6 have completed their English work on the circulatory system. These incredible explanation texts have taken time and effort and we are really proud of them. The children chose to aim their writing at younger children – see if you can spot some character voices and some brilliant(ly bad) ‘punny’ jokes.

Revision

First and foremost over the Easter holidays, we want the children to have a well-earned rest and a fun-filled break. However, we cannot escape the fact that our SATS will be a mere three school weeks after we return. We have sent home a pack of revision for the children to complete along with their usual homework and suggest little and often – 30 minutes a day max.

Vocabulary Ninja – vocabulary ninja has created ’16 weeks to SATs’ a selection of short (20-25 minute) videos which cover some key maths concepts. They are worth watching!
