We have had a busy week with performances, parties and festive fun! We have still managed to fit in a few maths and English in between! In English we read the story, Poles Apart by Jeanne Willis and completed some writing tasks based on the story. Children wrote some lovely postcards from Mr White the polar bear. In maths we have continued our 2D shape work, completing shapes and sorting. In spelling we have been learning how to spell festive words including the Year 2 words: Christmas, father, Mr, Mrs, child, children.
