Fabulous Inaugural PTA Rainbow Run

Discovery in the orchard
Year 6 made an amazing discovery in a remote part of the orchard: a series of honeycombs attached to the branches of an apple tree. There weren’t many bees around about. Should we leave it there? Could we ‘harvest’ it? Could there be honey? We have emailed our beekeepers for advice.

New Prospectus published
We have published a new prospectus for the 2024-25 academic year. Prospective parents are strongly encouraged to contact school and arrange for a tour with the headteacher.

Final Farm Club July 2024
On our final Farm Club in July, we tended to our crops in the top polytunnel ready for the holidays and we harvested new potatoes. We then made a potato salad to eat and take some home.

Assessment Success (again)
2024 was another year of good academic progress and attainment. Attainment is typically national average or better, with high levels of attainment at ‘Greater Depth’. Annual Parent Survey 2024
Thank you to everyone who contributed to the end-of-year Parent Survey. We had nearly 200 responses. It is clear from the response that the overwhelming majority of children and families at our school continue to be happy, safe and successful. A summary of responses is below:
