Nursery – 28.03.25
Phonics
During our phonics sessions, we played a sorting game. We had lots of items that we needed to sort depending on whether they rhymed. The children are getting quite good.
Maths
We have continued to look at the number 4. This week, we coloured Puppy Number 4 and his kennel and practised forming the numeral. We also showed 4 on our fingers and completed several sets of actions up to 4.
Story Bus
We were lucky to have the Story Bus visit us this week. The children took part in a sing-along, listened to a story, and then explored the bus to look at all the books.
Everything else
We have had some lovely weather again this week. The children helped clear one of the sheds and had great fun washing everything. They also helped the adults create a sand area in the larger shed. We have also been very busy craft wise. Hopefully, some cards made it home this week, and there will be another one next week too.
