Nursery – 16.05.25
Phonics
This week, we have continued to look at the grapheme (letter shape) for ‘s’. The children practised forming the grapheme and had a go at spotting the grapheme on a grid. We are so impressed with the children and how well they are all learning.
Maths
This week we have looked at the number 6. We read Puppy Number 6, which included the colour purple and hexagon shapes. We also enjoyed watching some number videos to help with our counting.
Little Feet Elmer
As a class, we have completed the Little Feet Elmer challenge. The children received their certificates on Wednesday. Well done, everyone.
Everything else
This week, we studied bees and how they make honey, discussed the importance of being safe in water, painted with cotton buds, washed babies, and spent time with our friends outside digging for treasure and having fun!
