Headteacher blog 9th May 2025
It’s been another great, sunny week but we do need some rain. I have been showing a lot of candidates for our deputy head/SENDCo around the school this week and I am looking forward to shortlisting from a strong field later today.
We should have a season ticket at Harlow Carr Gardens in Harrogate! For four of the past six days, we have had either a Reception or a Year 3 class on a visit. These have been very successful, informative and enjoyable educational visits. One parent accompanying a trip emailed me to say: “All the children represented Farfield Primary well and behaved well and this was commented on to me by a few passers-by who were fascinated watching them all walk around the grounds in their fashionable hi-vis jackets!”
