Headteacher blog 27th September 2019
A rainy week at school can be less fun, but nevertheless, we have had another good week. If families haven’t already brought in wellies, they probably should so that we can keep accessing the grounds all year round. It was unfortunate for Year 5 that it was wet on their Ancient Greeks day but the children looked fabulous in their costumes – thank you to all the families that were able to support this. I was particularly impressed by a spectacular Medusa!
Despite lots of new staff having joined recently, our recruitment continues and this week I have been delighted to have secured the services of a fantastic new TA from November and I have been meeting and showing round some strong candidates for our vacancy of deputy headteacher. The deputy head advert is live for another 10 days: do you know anyone sufficiently fabulous to apply for this important role? https://www.eteach.com/job/deputy-head-teacher-1065663?src=clientportal
