Head teacher’s blog 27th April 2017
It has been good this week to meet with council officials to progress with the next stages of preparations for major building works in the summer: phase 1 of a new roof for the infants and new boilers for the juniors. The new roof, in particular, will be disruptive to some of our plans over the summer holidays but it is well overdue and is to be welcomed.
The PTA met on Wednesday evening and progressed plans for the forthcoming Quiz Night and Camp-Over. The PTA also agreed to purchase two defibrilators for the site: this is a great decision and provides a new level of safeguarding for children, parents and staff. If you can support the PTA in any way, please do!
