Christmas Fair Success

Christmas Fair Success

Many thanks to everyone for their support for the raffle and the Christmas Fair. We really appreciate the efforts of so many Friends of Farfield volunteers and staff. We are also grateful to Mrs Myers’ Family Learning Group who helped set up the fair and also a number of families – you know who you are – that were particularly generous with donations or sponsorship of a stall.

The fair and the raffle raised a fantastic £1850 for PTA funds: the best receipts for a Christmas Fair for many years. Thank you!  Well done to Diane and her team!  One of the projects we are working on is development of the school grounds and ‘Friends of Farfield’ funds will support this. We are trying to come up with a plan that is value for money, exciting and in keeping with the ethos of the school.

Raffle winners should already have been contacted. The full list of prizes and prize winners is attached. MANY thanks to the local businesses that supported the raffle: if you use them or know them, perhaps you could thank them too?
