History
We enjoyed the story ‘Once There Were Giants’. We spoke about how we are born as babies and then grow into toddlers, children, teenagers and adults. We learned what a timeline is and placed pictures of familiar adults on one.

Music
We have started our unit on ‘My Musical Heartbeat’. This week, we listened to different songs and discussed what we liked and disliked about the music. We worked hard to find the pulse of the music and chose a song to learn. We will post our final performances later this half term!

Your child has brought home a red spelling book today. There are some spellings for your child to practise at home. This homework is due on Tuesday 30th September. There will not be a spelling test.
