Goodbye from Year 2 18/07/25

We have had a fantastic final week of the year. We’ve finished our bee books in English; we hope you will enjoy reading these! The children made honey biscuits and then shared these with their reading buddies. We have also completed our maths unit on position and direction. The children enjoyed watching the year 6 show on Monday and had a lovely positivity day assembly on Tuesday. Finally, we had a super end with the leaver’s assembly.

Thank you to everyone for a wonderful year. The children have been amazing and we will miss them all. (Mrs Barker is very lucky to be moving up to Year 3!) Thank you for all your support this year. Finally we would like to say a huge thank you for all the generous gifts, cards and messages. Have a wonderful summer!

From all the Year 2 staff
