This week we have learnt the phoneme ow like in ‘brown.’ Our tricky word is have. We have also enjoyed going on a trick word hunt around the classroom. Can you use your tricky word cards to go on a hunt at home too?

Well done to everyone who completed the challenge for March. The theme for April is ‘Nature’.
Maths
This week we have been comparing numbers. We have been using the language of ‘more than’, ‘less than’ and ‘equal to’ to describe the relationships between numbers.
Spring Event
Thank you to everyone who was able to come and join us. We hope you enjoyed exploring the school grounds. Hopefully, everyone will grow a beautiful sunflower – keep us posted on what happens!

This week in RE we have been learning all about the Hindu festival – Holi, the festival of colour. The children had great fun creating their own Holi pictures using powder paints and water.
