School closed Thurs 8th March

I am really sorry, but Farfield is going to have to close today. Quite simply, only a handful of staff have managed to get in and there is little likelihood of things improving much before lunchtime. The ring road is at a standstill or crawling and lots of other roads seem to be at gridlock. Everyone has been caught out and nothing seems to have been gritted. As it stands, I have only 3 teachers and a few support staff. I have never shut the school before in 14 years. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
